Decent food in a nice setting. Unfortunately found each time to be quite cold waiting in food. Wi-Fi doesn't reach up stairs. Service was slow with only half the tables taken... other than that, very nice food.
Staff friendly, interesting small pub; we were surprised it wasn't busier. Generous portions foodwise, just maybe too much on plates for lunchtime for us to enjoy fully.
Out for lunch with my husband and had a gorgeous meal staff lovely so friendly. If you're looking for a great place to eat and drink look no further... the oldest pub in ARDS and the best for a great meal.
A fantastic place to eat & drink. The food is excellent & the live music playing at the weekend always entertains. On a slight downside their cocktail list is short & unexciting & I've never yet had a Hendricks gin with cucumber which is always disappointing since that's how they advertise it & how it should be served. With a fully functioning kitchen I can't understand why it's a problem
