Great spot, reasonably priced drinks and food.
Enjoyed cask beer, Haggis,Neeps & Tatties,the Scotch wasn't too bad either. The pub could improve with a wee lick of paint and tlc, but great value for money,as is all Wetherspoons pubs.
No atmosphere! The food is expensive for what it is. Curry night is the best food but that isn't served every day. Drink isn't as cheap as expected. The staff mostly are rude silly very clich , apart from a couple of guys I noticed who were quite pleasant towards the group I was in with. They seem to have no time for the customer. I'd get my dinner there only on curry night. The chips are rotten
Great Pub, friendly atmosphere, a good choice of drinks including guest ales. The food is very nice and reasonably priced.It's good for large groups or to pop in for a quiet drink on your own.
Food was fantastic in both quality and value. We went on steak night and had mixed grill and bbq chicken melt. Both were delicious. Food came quickly after ordering and staff were polite. Some of clientele were swearing loudly so took away a bit from a nice meal. It is a local cheap pub so people had been in hours drinking before we arrived but still it was only 5.15
