Great food and staff plus live music at weekends well Run bar and lounge
Went here for our Christmas works night out, food was ok fire cracker spring rolls were so good. However do feel the bar staff let it down. There was only 2 on making a long wait to get served. One of them had a attitude and wasn't very pleasant to deal with. Would come back for food but not for a drink.
Unfortunately it was a sad occasion when I went to Molly Brown's as it was the wake for my brother-in-law. However we were upstairs in the function room and the catering was superb. There is a lovely beer garden out the back and the interior of the function room is nice and relaxing. I would like to go back to Molly Brown's again under different circumstances and try their grill menu, as they have a great reputation in Newtownards for the food and ambience.
Pub fayre. Food was tasty. Price was good. Staff were friendly and efficient. The place is a bit dated and could do with some money being spent on it. But over all a very nice experience.
We are regular visitors to this restaurant. As always the food was delicious and to an extremely high standard. The staff are very friendly knowledgeable and attentive. Can't recommend the place for food any better. This evening we even had live entertainment. We were provided with foul language and bigoted sectarian tunes from the tables at the back. Just what you need trying to relax with a nice meal.
