Well were do I start.. we found our dream house in November with temple Robinson and they passed us on to their mortgage advisor. From the get go it was nothing but back and forth phone calls ' I need this.. Your accountant needs to confirm that..' long story short we were declined due to tax returns and over views not being submitted. I had no idea they had to be as I wasn't asked for them from the advisor!! Bye bye to that advisor...I was recommended William daveys number who is part of your team. He was throughout the whole process straight to point ' I need your tax returns etc etc and won't be submitting anything until I I have everything' at this point I knew our case this time around was 'rock solid' and there was no holes for the underwriter to pick up on. 2 weeks from the application went in we received our offer 'subject to evaluation'.I never once doubted William as from about a week in with temple Robinson I had nothing but doubt..Can't recommend William and his team enough. It's a simple as this if he doesnt think he can get you the mortgage he will be honest and tell you but if he thinks he can then unless you have hidden bad credit that he can't see your mortgage is a good a completed I
