Good selection, but very popular.. They can be a bit short of some stock over the weekend.. Yellow sticker bargains always good value (mind the seagulls!) and most importantly, the average shop always seems to be far cheaper than Tesco!

Recently went in for our weekly food shop and as we were walking towards the checkouts a supervisor approached us and stated that there was a staff member working the tills that within the last year suffered a brain injury and quoted shes slow so bear with us both me and my partner thought this was incredibly rude and ignorant for the supervisor to say this about a staff member. When we got to the checkout the staff member was 100%. She was very helpful and at no point did we feel like the statement was needed from the supervisor. Conclusion is we feel like the staff need training on personal information and not to disclose any personal details about anyone.
Wanted to call and check an item was in stock as this branch is a good distrance away from me. I was cut off several times and when someone as eventually put.on the phone to check he insisted they didn't have the item even when I explained it was available to reserve and collect for 6am the next day. I asked him to check but he refused so I drove up anyway and found a shelf full of what I had been looking for. It would have taken 2mkns to look at the shelf but he was just too lazy.
Good sized supermarket with a wide range of products. Good quality fruit and veg and there is a great butcher/meat counter at the rear of the shop. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is loads of free parking.
