First of all, they are a bunch of conmen... Try to keep your deposit by saying they didn't like the colour of the fire breast wall.. Which was dark purple. Then changed there mind & say your not getting the deposit back due to grass not being cut... Grass was cut two days before they came out.. Then they try & say you didn't pay a month in advance, which i did. They try every excuse they can to keep your deposit. The three men in the office are all called Noel.. When none of them are actually called Noel...I'm not the only person that this has happened to & especially if you rent a house from The landlord Johnny Andrews (The Mill Housing) which Russell Brothers take charge of.
