Tried to tax a car on Saturday 08/12/18, after reading on the government website what documents were required to do this, I produced them to the girl on the desk, who had a very bad attitude, only to be told I need a copy of the vehicle MOT, this is not the case according to the website, she refused to tax my car.After confirmation with the post office complaints department I returned with the same documents to another staff member and got the vehicle taxed without any problems.The staff need to know what documents are needed and be TRAINED in customer service. The staff members lack of knowledge could have resulted in me receiving a fixed penalty for not tax. Very poor service.
