Stayed overnight in family room for anniversary. The toilet was loose and every time you sat on it, you felt it was going to come of the wall. Walls were grubby with marks everywhere. We had to request to get the sheets changed on our sons bed as there were blood marks on the sheets. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, mattresses were years old. We all had a very bad nights sleep. Breakfast which we paid for was for three. We only got two as out son wasn't that hungry. Sorry we didn't take our sons breakfast as the portions were so small, child portions. Bought evening meal in restaurant which was good - only positive.I could write a lot more but my advise, DON'T STAY HERE.

Great little hotel, you get exactly what you pay for at the price. A clean, tidy and appropriately kitted out room for your stay in Newtownards. Located right next to the Ards shopping centre, the location is pretty perfect. The hotel has parking at the back and a lovely bar/restaurant attached which serves a great mixture of fairly good quality food and drink. Overall, this hotel does exactly what you need. Don't come expecting the Shangri-La and you'll be just fine.

Booked two nights B&B via Booking. com. My bedroom on the first night was freezing (in the older part of the building and it was a very cold night). The next morning I told reception that I had been freezing all night and wanted a room change. Thankfully, a Warner room was available and I survived the ordeal!! Hotel is convenient to main Belfast Road with adjacent parking. Breakfast was good.
