Left a medical bracelet in on a Saturday to add 2 extra links and was told it would be ready Monday... Wasn't ready and told to call on Tuesday, long story short, 12 days later it still wasn't done, so I asked for it back and took it to a jewellars a few doors down and he done it on the spot and only cost me 5 instead of the 10-20 I was quoted here. I had no Medical bracelet for 12 days, they are for a reason and I am furious.
