I've seen the positive reviews and I'm wondering if this is the same place. We took a print in to get a price for framing and we stumbled in upon an event going on, we stood like unwanted guests at a private party for ten minutes while the people who were welcome there (there was an 'Open' sign on the door by the way!) were getting full attention from the staff. After getting glared and looked down upon for a while we decided to take our print to Fiddlesticks on the Belmont Road to get framed - we wouldn't get looked down upon there.Go ahead Framewerks and let your raison d'etre be some sort of middle class gathering spot to clink your wine glasses in and I wish you well, but if framing pictures is your supposed main activity, you're doomed
